As well as supporting children with their learning, we support their well-being so that they are able to become confident, resilient individuals.

Children may go through difficult stages in their life and we will put steps in place to ensure that they know how to manage their well-being and emotional needs and maintain a positive mental health. This may be through one-to-one discussions (ELSA) or small group interventions.

The school’s engagement with the Route to Resilience programme also aids with this as it focuses on developing strong character muscles in the children that prepare them well for learning and for life.

If you need to speak to a member of staff regarding your child’s well-being needs, please do not hesitate to get in touch and we will discuss ways in which the school may be able to offer support.
